Fixed note link previews

Problem statement:
Links inside notes were missing from previews and only appeared after opening the note.
Solution:
Added recursive text extraction to support text, links, and nested Blocknote nodes, rendering consistent previews.
Outcome:
Fixed inconsistent previews and closed #16043.
